genXstay was built to solve the everyday operational headaches of running a PG, hostel, co-living space, or rental apartment in India — scattered registers, manual rent collection, and no visibility across properties.

Our mission is to give small and mid-sized accommodation providers the same kind of operational tooling that large hotel chains take for granted, at a price that makes sense for them.

We work closely with owners, wardens, and staff to keep the product grounded in how properties are actually run day to day.
