Guests
Onboard a new tenant to a room or bed, from reservation to activation.
Go to Guests in the sidebar and click + Add Guest. Pick the property, then the vacant room/bed you're assigning them to.
Enter the guest's name, phone number, and any KYC documents you're collecting up front. If a guest applied via a QR code/application link, their details are already prefilled here for you to review.
On the confirmation step, the Rent and Refundable deposit fields are prefilled from the room/bed's default pricing. Adjust either field if this guest gets a different rate — a note shows the original cascade default so you can see exactly what you're overriding. Click Activate to move them in.
