How do I check occupancy?

See how full your properties are, and where the vacancies are.

    Check Insights for the full picture

    Go to Insights in the sidebar. The Occupancy section shows your current occupancy percentage, vacant units, average tenancy length, and a 6-month occupancy trend chart, plus which rooms are underperforming.

    Or glance at the Dashboard

    Your Dashboard home page has a summary Occupancy card for a quick check without drilling into Insights.

    Or run the Occupancy report

    For an exportable, detailed view — including suggestions for filling vacant beds — go to Reports → Occupancy.
