How do I message or call a guest from the app?

Reach a guest directly — by phone or WhatsApp — without leaving the app.

   Open the Guests list

   Go to Guests in the sidebar. Each guest's row has a Call button (green phone icon) and a WhatsApp button (green message icon).

   Call or message

   Clicking Call opens your device's dialer with the guest's number ready. Clicking WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with their number pre-filled.

   Use the rent-reminder shortcut from Rent Matrix

   The Rent Matrix page's payment dialog and Due Report also have Call/WhatsApp buttons next to a guest's name — there, the WhatsApp message comes pre-filled with a rent-due reminder, so you can nudge a tenant about an overdue payment in one click. (Note: the guest's own profile page shows their phone/WhatsApp numbers as plain text, not clickable — use the Guests list or Rent Matrix for one-click contact.)
