Do I get charged for using the app itself — rooms, beds, guests?

Using genXstay to run your properties is free for early users. If that ever changes, you'll be told in advance.

   Free for early users, no payment method required

   Adding properties, rooms, and beds, and onboarding guests, doesn't cost anything right now — there's no usage fee, no per-bed charge, and you're never asked to add a card or any other payment method to keep using the app.

   You can still see your usage

   Settings → Billing shows a Usage this month card (beds occupied, averaged across your properties, month-to-date) and a Projected this month card. These are informational only during early access — they show you what usage looks like, not a bill, and nothing is charged against them.

   If this ever changes, you'll be told first

   genXstay is not going to start charging for usage without telling you beforehand. If usage-based charges are ever introduced, you'll be notified in advance of when they start — so you always have a clear runway to see it coming, not a surprise invoice.
