Publish the rules guests see in their portal, plus your vacate-notice policy.
Property → Rules tab. You'll see the House rules card — everything here is shown to your guests in their portal.
Rules is a single free-text box — there's no per-rule list or categories, so write them as plain text and use line breaks to keep them readable. Cover the things guests actually ask about: smoking, visiting hours, curfew, guests staying over, kitchen/laundry use, noise.
Notice period (days) is how much advance notice a guest must give before moving out — this drives the vacate flow in their portal, so set it to match your actual agreement.
Toggle Require emergency contact on if guests must provide one during onboarding.
Click Save — you'll see a "House rules saved" confirmation.
