Rent & Dues
See who owes what, at a glance, across every property.
Go to Rent Matrix in the sidebar. You'll see a grid of every bed (rows) by month (columns), each cell colour-coded: Paid, Due, Overdue, Partial, or Overpaid — the legend is at the top of the page.
Use the status filter to show only Due or Overdue cells, or search by room, bed, or guest name to jump straight to one tenant.
Click Due Report to open a summary listing every guest with outstanding dues over the last 6 months, with totals — useful for a quick end-of-month sweep.
