Some sidebar menus — Reports, Operations, Staff & Delegates, Insights — are Pro features, free during early access. Here's how long that lasts and how to keep it.
Some sidebar items are Pro features: Reports, Operations, Staff & Delegates, and Insights. Right now, during genXstay's early access period, these are free for every owner — no payment method is ever asked for. A locked one shows a small Pro badge and a lock icon, but it's never hidden; clicking it takes you to the Refer & Earn page instead of the feature.
Each owner gets Pro free for 3 months from when their account is set up — this is per-owner, not a single date for everyone, so don't assume your free window matches another owner's. Check Settings → Billing any time to see your exact date: it reads "unlocked until {date}" under You're on Early Access — Pro features are free.
Go to Refer & Earn in the sidebar. Share Your link (copy button, or Share on WhatsApp), or send a named Invite an owner by email. The moment the person you referred signs up and adds their first property, your Pro access unlocks permanently — no more countdown, and it doesn't matter if this happens before or after your 3-month window technically ends.
If your 3 months pass with no qualifying referral, only those Pro menus (Reports, Operations, Staff & Delegates, Insights) lock — everything else (Guests, Rent Matrix, Rooms, Expenses, property/bed limits) keeps working exactly as before, since property and bed limits don't apply during early access regardless of your Pro status. Referring an owner at any point afterward still unlocks Pro permanently, so nothing is lost by waiting.
