Online rent payments, tenant autopay, and property document storage are on the roadmap but not usable yet.
Guests can't yet pay rent through a payment gateway inside the app. What exists today is the UPI / QR feature on your property (a QR code guests scan to pay you directly via their own UPI app) — that's a manual payment, not a gateway: you still have to mark it paid yourself once you receive it. A true in-app online payment with automatic reconciliation isn't available yet.
There's no way for a guest to set up automatic recurring rent payments (autopay/e-mandate) yet. This hasn't been built at all — for now, rent collection is either the manual UPI QR above or fully offline, and you record it yourself under Rent Matrix.
Open a property and you'll see a Documents tab. Click it today and it shows "Coming in Phase 2" — there's no upload or storage behind it yet. Once it ships, this is meant for property-level paperwork (agreements, licenses, certificates) — separate from a guest's own ID proof, which you already collect during onboarding.
